The members of our Advisory Board are recognized childbirth and lactation experts who dedicate themselves to the health and well-being of mothers and their babies. We are so grateful to them for graciously donating their time and experience to our Advisory Board.

Michelle H. Kinne, BA, IBCLC, RLC, ICCE, CD (DONA), has worked within the discipline of maternal and child health for two decades. Currently Michelle works for Franciscan Health System at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA as a Lactation Consultant where she supports a busy inpatient mother baby unit and a level III NICU.  Michelle also Coordinates the Franciscan Perinatal Education department and serves as the Franciscan WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Lead. As former faculty for Bates Technical College, Michelle served thousands of perinatal education students and has trained hundreds of students in both perinatal career preparation and professional development education. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Western Washington University where she majored in Human Services and Social Work and she is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.  Her heart's desire remains her adored 3 children and the flame still burns for her husband, a fireman.

History

Created by Childbirth Educators for Childbirth Educators, Childbirth Graphics made its debut with the first catalog in 1983. For more than 20 years, Childbirth Graphics has been the leader in childbirth education products. As your partner in the childbirth education community, we focus on providing the highest-quality, most innovative educational materials for childbirth educators, lactation consultants, nurses, obstetricians and gynecologists, midwives, doulas, and other healthcare professionals.

What We Do

Our specialty is developing the many unique 3-D teaching models you will find in our online catalog. Our products are carefully developed by experts, including the members of our Advisory Board. We also love to hear product ideas from our customers, whose passion for childbirth education inspires us daily. Many of our products have been created or enhanced as a result of our wonderful customer input. In addition to our 3-D models, we offer a full range of teaching materials—DVDs, handouts, charts, displays, and much more. Our online catalog features the tools dedicated educators such as you need to teach about every aspect of the birth process from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.

Return Policy

If a return is necessary, we’re here to make returns hassle-free. You will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. A prepaid Authorization Return Service (ARS) label will be issued for all returns involving shipping errors and/or damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping charges for all other returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (UPS). All packages must be fully insured. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Childbirth Graphics reserves the right to deny credit for merchandise if it is returned incomplete, abused, or not in sellable condition.

Organizations with an authorized purchase order may be invoiced with terms of net 30 subject to credit approval. Individuals must use MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Booklets and pamphlets require a minimum order of 50.


Pricing

Childbirth Graphics makes every effort to avoid pricing changes. However, because of potential unforeseen circumstances, all prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in price before your order is filled.

Out-of-stock items

Please check with a customer service representative for availability of a product or for an approximate shipping date. You may do this by phone, e-mail, or Live Chat.

Imprinted items

Want to add your own personal touch? Many of our products are designed with a special area to imprint your organization’s name, logo, and message. There is a one-time, initial setup charge of $25.00 on imprinted items. We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the ordered amount on imprinted merchandise. Your order will ship 4–6 weeks after final artwork has been approved.

Shipping Info

Once you place an order, we know how you eagerly anticipate the arrival of your new products. That’s why items in stock ship in 3-5 business days. Orders must be received by 2pm (CST) on a business day for expedited shipping. Unless otherwise requested, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Please call our Customer Service Department for shipping outside the United States and special shipping instructions.
