Payment and pricingOrganizations with an authorized purchase order may be invoiced with terms of net 30 subject to credit approval. Individuals must remit check or money order with order or use MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Childbirth Graphics makes every effort to avoid pricing changes. However, because of potential unforeseen circumstances, all prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in price before your order is filled. Shipping informationYou should receive your order within 7–10 days after shipment. Imprinted merchandise may take slightly longer. Unless otherwise requested, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. We also offer rush delivery via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select. Estimated shipping and handling chargesShipping and handling charges may vary depending on the weight and destination of the product(s) ordered. Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping addressesBecause many customers have various shipping locations, you might have several shipping addresses to choose from when placing an order. Some of the records have similar or identical addresses but different individual names or departments. Please choose the record with the correct name or department, and type the shipping information as it should read on the packing slip. If the shipping address is the same as the record you chose, you can leave the spaces blank. You have the ability to view the shipping records under your profile at any time. If you notice an error on a record or an individual's name that needs to be changed or deleted, please follow the appropriate link to request a change. Click here for more information on non-U.S. orders. Return policyAll products, with the exception of all curriculum products, videos, DVDs, and CD-ROMs, are guaranteed for 90 days. Videos, DVDs, and CD-ROMs should be viewed for content upon receipt of order and may be returned within 60 days. If a return is necessary, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-299-3366 ext. 295. You will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. A prepaid Authorization Return Service (ARS) label will be issued for all returns involving shipping errors and/or damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping charges for all other returns will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (UPS). All packages must be fully insured. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Childbirth Graphics reserves the right to deny credit for merchandise if it is returned incomplete, abused, or not in sellable condition. Out-of-stock itemsPlease check with a customer service representative for availability of a product or for an approximate shipping date. You may do this by phone, e-mail, or Live Operator. Imprinted itemsMany of our products are designed with a special area to imprint your organization’s name, logo, and message. Remind your clients that you care by having your message or logo imprinted. There may be a one-time, initial setup charge of $25 on imprinted items. There is no setup charge for exact reorders. Camera-ready artwork is preferred. We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the ordered amount on imprinted merchandise.
