Breast self-awareness empowers women to become familiar with the normal look and feel of their breasts so that they can report any changes to their healthcare professionals.
Regular breast self-exam (BSE) can play an important role in breast self-awareness by helping women get to know how their breast tissue normally looks and feels and detect changes. Our breast models are great educational tools to teach women how to perform regular breast self-exams.
